A financial example:
The Dowry House in off-season is 100.00 per night. Cleaning costs $100.00. If we don’t separate the cleaning fee, we would have to charge 150.00 per night with a 2 night minimum to pay the 100.00 it costs to clean. If you stay for more than 2 nights, that extra $50.00 starts to add up…..
The longer you stay,the more you benefit….
With the cleaning fee separated, a 2 night off-season stay at the Dowry is $100 per night for a total of $200.00 plus the $100.00 cleaning fee for a total of 300.00 which works out to be $150.00 night. A 3 night stay is $100.00 per night plus $100.00 cleaning for a total of $400.00 which works out to be $133.00 per night. A 4 night stay is $100.00 per night plus $100.00 cleaning to total $500.00 which works out to $125.00 per night.
